At New Dawn Restoration Center, we cherish capturing moments that reflect the joy, faith, and fellowship of our church family. Photographs, videos, voice recordings, and similar media may be taken during services, events, or activities hosted by NDRC. These may be used to share the life of our church community through printed materials, our website, social media platforms, email communications, presentations, and more. Occasionally, media may also be shared with local or national media outlets for coverage purposes.

 

NDRC reserves the right to use any media taken on church grounds or at church-sponsored events without the expressed written consent of individuals featured. However, we are committed to honoring your privacy and safety. Images of minors and adults will not be labeled with full names or personal information unless written consent has been provided by the individual, parent, or legal guardian.

 

If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, we kindly ask that you inform a camera operator, event organizer, or notify us in writing with a recent photo for identification purposes. This will be kept in confidence and used solely to honor your request.

 

By attending NDRC services or events, or by not submitting a written opt-out request, you are acknowledging and granting NDRC permission to use your image, likeness, or voice, and releasing NDRC (including its leadership, staff, and members) from any claims related to privacy, publicity rights, or similar concerns.
