Dr. Julia M. McMillan a native of Fayetteville, NC, is the devoted wife of 30 plus years  to Associate Pastor, Overseer Terry S. McMillan. They are the proud parents of 3 children  and 3 grandchildren.  

She is the Senior Pastor of New Dawn Restoration Center in Tampa, Florida  where her vision is the “equipping of the saints for the work of the ministry,” through the  Deliverance, Development and Deployment of those entrusted to her. On June 27, 2013  she was installed as Overseer and on June 28, 2019 she was consecrated as Bishop in the  Lord’s church by Arch Bishop David M. Copeland, Presiding Prelate of the Kingdom Council  of Interdependent Churches & Ministries.

Dr. McMillan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English & Communications from  Virginia State University, an MBA from Florida Metropolitan University, a Masters of  Religion, a Masters of Divinity and the Doctorate of Ministry, each respectfully from  Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Theology &  Ethics in the Church from the Beth Rapha Bible College & Theological Seminary, under  the esteemed leadership of Bishop Jacqueline E. McCullough. Dr. McMillan currently  serves as Professor of Organizational Ethics at Liberty University.  

She is author of the book, “Prophetic Crack: Pushers in the Pulpit, Addicts in the Pews,”  one of the most prolific and provocative discourses on church membership, leadership,  ethics, and integrity.

In 2009, she launched Dr. Julia M. McMillan Ministries as a means of “Reaching,  Restoring, Renewing, and Reshaping” the lives of Christians and non-Christians, locally,  nationally, and globally. Dr. McMillan is a dynamic preacher/teacher and speaks at  conferences, conducts leadership development training for various churches, bible  institutes, universities, and other organizations, and facilitates ministerial training in  Ethics and Order.
